For the hot tub, do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. There is a hot tub cover lifter, leave the bar in the middle of the hot tub, fold half of the cover over the bar, then lift up the bar and the hot tub will hang behind the hot tub. Gas Fireplace Instructions: (Turned off during summer) For the gas fireplace there is a knob under the access panel on the top of the fireplace. Do not turn the knob to Off; we might not be able to relight the pilot light if you turn it off. For flame control, just turn the knob up or down (LO to HI). There is $75 relight fee if you turn off the fireplace. there are several space heaters if you need more heat.

There is extra bedding: mattress pad, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket, comforters, and pillows in a bag labeled Futon Bedding or Couch Bed Bedding. These are usually located in a closet. If you need additional blankets and you do not find enough in a closet or dresser, please let us know.

In addition to towels hanging on the towel rod, there are extra towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mast, toilet paper and supplies under the bathroom sink or in the closet. Extra paper towels, cleaning supplies, sponges, trash bags, etc. are under the kitchen sink. If you need additional towels, bedding or supplies please let us know.

Each cabin has their own picnic area: picnic table, charcoal grill, grilling table, fire pit, trash can, and ash can. Grilling utensils and lighters will be found under the kitchen sink of your cabin. You will need to provide charcoal. Cabin #8 The Deer Glen and Cabin #9 The Bear Den fire pit is located at the end of the drive of your cabin on Downhill Drive. There are also more picnic tables, grill and grilling table at this picnic area. On Bunny Hop Trail at the end of the Linen Barn is firewood for the fire pits. There is a mailbox for the firewood money. At the picnic area at the end of Downhill Drive is a large plastic firewood bin, there is also a mailbox for the firewood money. Firewood is $6 per bundle.

The outside trash cans are located at the beginning of your drive Switchback Lane. There are 4 large metal trash cans. Please take any trash from your cabin to these trash cans. The picnic area trash cans are for picnic are trash. There are also metal ash cans located at the picnic area for ash from the fire pit and charcoal grill.

Guests agree that Pets are not permitted in the cabins unless the pet has been declared and a pet fee has been paid. If a guest has an undeclared pet the fee charge to their credit card will be $250. Guests are responsible for their pets, the pets need to be on flea prevention, guests need clean up after their pets, and guests do not leave the pet unattended unless the pet is in a crate.

Checkout is at 10am. Please call when you leave and put the key back in the key lockbox. Please Empty Refrigerator, Clean & Put Away Dishes, Take Trash to the Outside Trash Can at the end of your drive. This will avoid any additional cleaning fees.

All of our cabin are non smoking. If there is a smoke smell you will be charged $500.00.
